We are a North Georgia mountain, NO-KILL rural shelter. We shelter and find safe homes for unwanted, homeless, neglected, abandoned, abused dogs and cats; rescue and give respite to dogs and cats from high-kill shelters, reduce pet overpopulation, cruelty, and neglect; teach and encourage responsible pet ownership; and advocate animal welfare. Animals under our care are safe with us until we can find them a forever home. We take in and adopt out hundreds of homeless dogs and cats annually. Adoptions are by appointment only.

We are supported entirely by donations from private individuals and businesses. Thank you for helping us save lives!
